Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide clinical care to residents across our aged care homes. You will develop individual assessments and care plans, ensuring accurate documentation to meet AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

You will lead and mentor Personal Care Workers while fostering a holistic team approach to resident care. You will bring a Nursing Diploma, current AHPRA registration, and a genuine desire to improve residents’ lives, with strong communication and computer

Qualifications

• Empathetic and able to support residents in aged care.
• Desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and visitors.
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Create comprehensive assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach.
