Estia Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical care to residents in our aged care homes across Australia. You will develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, ensuring high standards of documentation and adherence to AN-ACC and Commonwealth guidelines.

You will lead and support Personal Care Workers, collaborate with families, and contribute to a holistic, person-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide clinical care to residents.
• Ability to develop comprehensive care plans and assessments.
• Strong documentation skills including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
