Lumia Care Pty is hiring Disability Community Support Workers to serve the Sutherland area, including Caringbah & Kirrawee. You will support elderly clients to live safely and independently at home, staying connected with their community.

We offer ongoing mentorship, induction and regular weekday rosters with morning, afternoon, night shifts and weekend coverage. Applicants with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High-care experience or exposure preferred.
• Current checks: First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC.

Responsabilités

• Provide social support, companionship and engagement.
• Assist with transport, shopping, appointments and outings.
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect.
