Lumia Care Pty is seeking a Disability Community Support Worker to assist elderly clients in St George and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home support to help clients live safely and maintain independence while staying connected to the community.

Candidates with Cert III/IV in Aged Care or Disability, manual handling expertise, and a caring, reliable attitude are preferred. Driver’s licence and access to a insured vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-care settings and in-home support essential.
• Proven ability to assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Ability to perform manual handling with safety.

Responsabilités

• Provide social support, companionship and engagement for clients.
• Assist with transport, shopping, appointments and outings.
• Deliver personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Support domestic tasks and household duties.
• Assist with meal preparation and medications prompting.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
