Lumia Care Pty is urgently seeking Disability Support Workers in The Branch NSW to help clients live safely and independently at home while staying connected to their community.

You will provide social support, companionship and meaningful engagement, and assist with transport, shopping and outings to help clients maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes within their local area.
