Job summary

Right at Home Gold Coast is looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our casual team in Central Gold Coast. You will provide personal support, assist clients in building their independence, and help with daily living tasks.

We value our support workers and offer flexible hours, training opportunities, and a collaborative team culture. We are seeking someone who is reliable, has a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar, and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health-related studies.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Helping clients build independence, confidence, and life skills.
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and community programs.
• Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offering emotional reassurance and social connection.
• Following individualised care plans and documenting services.
• Collaborating with our clinical team for high-quality support.
