Qualifications

• Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery is mandatory.
• Full working rights is essential.
• Knowledge of IDDSI and dietary requirements for elderly is preferred.
• Understanding of Aged Care Standards is beneficial.
• Kind, patient, and kind approach to working with older adults.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.
• Ensure food is served in a timely, hygienic, and attractive manner.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
