Qualifications

• A current and valid driver’s licence (essential).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach when working with families and community members.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and families to provide tailored memorialisation and interment options.
• Support families in planning memorialisation and interment arrangements with care and professionalism.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, funeral directors, and community stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
• Answer inbound calls and handle sensitive client enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Book and coordinate cremation, burial and memorial services.
• Generate invoices and process paperwork.
• Ensure all interactions uphold privacy, compassion, and client care standards.
