The Opportunity

We’re seeking a caring and professional individual to join our team as a full time Client Services Consultant.

This is a client-facing role combining customer service, administration and service coordination. You will guide and support families during one of life’s most difficult times, helping them make important decisions with empathy and respect.

Your day will involve speaking with families, liaising with funeral directors, coordinating services, and ensuring all arrangements are managed smoothly and respectfully. You will be supported with training and guidance to confidently navigate the unique aspects of the role.

Remuneration and Benefits

The current hourly rate for this position starts at $33.06 per hour, with annual wage increases provided in accordance with the Geelong Cemeteries Trust Enterprise Agreement.

This is a full-time position with ordinary hours of 8:15am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday, including a one-hour lunch break.
