Qualifications

• Experience in claims, property management, insurance or customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of general insurance principles and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and tasks from initial intake through to resolution.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Review information and documentation to assess outcomes in line with policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines.
