Job summary

Quirindi Care Services is seeking a Personal Care Worker to ensure a positive resident experience with a person-centred approach. You will support residents with daily needs and emotional wellbeing to help them live their best lives.

Required: Cert III in Aged Care (or currently studying), NDIS Worker Clearance, Australian work rights, and care experience. Attend to residents with kindness, ensuring dignity and safety in every activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or currently studying).
• NDIS Worker Clearance - Mandatory.
• Valid working rights in Australia - Mandatory.
• Experience in providing personal care in an aged care setting.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Care and services are delivered in accordance with the agreed Care Plan.
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral and dental care and continence care.
• Mobility support, including using aids and falls prevention.
• Eating and drinking assistance, with awareness of dietary requirements.
• Basic skin care including repositioning and application of skin creams.
