Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and documentation, while collaborating with nurses and the care team. Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Australian Working Rights required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
