Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is hiring casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Northern New South Wales. You’ll help people live independently, supporting daily tasks, meals, mobility, and community participation. We welcome all applicants, including those new to the role, with paid training and clear career pathways.

Shifts vary, with an emphasis on person-centred care and teamwork. The role offers hourly pay up to $47 depending on experience, with plenty of development opportunities

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• This could include:
• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
