Job summary

CPL is seeking casual and permanent part-time Aged Care Support Workers in Northern New South Wales, including Lismore, Ballina, and Byron Bay. You will help people live independently, support meals and daily tasks, and assist with mobility with hoists where needed.

No two days are the same and you can join a supportive, person-centred team with award conditions and paid training. Shifts vary across days, with flexible roster options to suit availability.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates are required or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening checks needed (we can assist).
• Driver’s license and reliable transport strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same; assist people to live independently and do what matters to them.
• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks; support community participation.
• Attend appointments or social activities and provide medication support.
• Assist with mobility, including hoists when required.
