Job summary

Respect Gracemere Gardens in Queensland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our supportive team on a part-time basis. The role provides safe, person-centred care to residents, reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, with flexibility to work across a range of shifts.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and team members.
• Understanding of aged care standards and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate clinical nursing care to residents.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation reflecting care provided.
• Develop and evaluate resident care plans and assist with admissions assessments.
• Administer medications following policies and procedures and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support resident wellbeing, dignity and independence through person-centred care.
