Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide clinical care to residents, develop comprehensive care plans, and ensure accurate documentation in line with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

You'll lead and supervise Personal Care Workers, collaborate with residents and families, and uphold a holistic approach to resident wellbeing. A Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration are essential, with strong communication and computer skills valued.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma and AHPRA registration are essential.
• Empathetic caregiver with aged care experience preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to follow standards (AN-ACC and Commonwealth).
