Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our aged care team. You will provide clinical care to residents, create comprehensive care plans, and ensure timely documentation.

You’ll lead Personal Care Workers, collaborate with families, and uphold AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards while delivering person-centered care in a supportive community. A Nursing Diploma with current AHPRA registration is required; experience in aged care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
• Empathy and ability to build rapport with residents, families and visitors.
• Strong documentation and computer skills; able to use EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
