Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our aged care teams across multiple homes. You will deliver clinical care, develop resident-focused care plans, and ensure accurate documentation to meet AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

You will lead and supervise Personal Care Workers, collaborate with families, and uphold a person-centered approach that supports residents' wellbeing and dignity within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
• Empathetic with experience in aged care.
• Strong documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Create comprehensive assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers.
• Promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
