Estia Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical care to our residents in our Adelaide homes. You will develop comprehensive care plans, document to Commonwealth standards, and lead Personal Care Workers with a holistic team approach.

You’ll need an active Nursing Diploma and AHPRA registration, plus strong clinical documentation and computer skills. Join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality person-centred care in South Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to our residents.
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care.
