Silverchain in Melton and surrounding suburbs is seeking a Home Care Worker to assist older community members to maintain independence at home. You will provide home help, social support and transport, while building strong relationships with clients and their families.

The role is casual with a view to permanent part-time, offering award rate of $43.03 per hour plus Super and paid kilometres, plus benefits and opportunities for accreditation and training, including CPR/First Aid courses.

• Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
• Washing, folding and ironing laundry.

• Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.
