Job summary

RFBI's Raleigh Urunga Masonic Village in NSW is seeking an experienced aged care carer to join our team delivering personal care services to residents. You will assist with showering, dressing, grooming, meals, and basic clinical tasks including wound dressings, medication delivery, and recording observations in iCare.

We support diabetes care and other conditions under the guidance of the Care Manager to ensure person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care settings preferred.
• Ability to perform personal care tasks with compassion.
• Willingness to follow care plans and medical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and assistance with meals.
• Deliver basic clinical tasks such as wound dressings, medication administration, and recording observations in iCare.
• Support diabetes and other conditions under supervision of Care Manager.
• Contribute to person-centred care within Raleigh Urunga Masonic Village.
