Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution in NSW seeks an experienced aged care carer to join our Raleigh Urunga Masonic Village team. You will provide a wide range of personal care services to residents, supporting daily living and comfort.

This casual role offers attractive hourly rates, flexible rosters, and opportunities for development within a respected nonprofit provider that delivers quality care across NSW and ACT.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care is required.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in an aged care environment is preferred.
• An enthusiastic and motivated approach to care.
• Current First Aid Certificate is required.
• Valid police check clearance is required.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Shower, dress, groom, assist with meals and make the beds.
• Provide basic clinical care including wound dressing, assist with medication delivery and record observations.
• Provide care management for diabetes, arthritis and other conditions.
• Enter reports and observations into the computer program iCare.
• Assist and follow directions of the Care Manager to achieve person-centred care.

Casual Opportunity AvailablePosition Information:We are currently seeking an experienced aged care carer to join our wonderful team and work at our Raleigh Urunga Masonic Village. You will play a key part in our care team by providing a wide range of personal care services to our residents.

The Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (known as RFBI) is a non-for profit (NFP) organisation that has been in operation for 146 years. We currently operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Shower, dress, groom, assist with meals and make the beds
• Providing basic clinical care including; wound dress, assist with medication delivery and record basic clinical observations.
• Provide care management for diabetes, arthritis and other conditions.
• Entering reports and observations into our computer program-iCare.
• Assisting and following directions of the Care Manager to achieve the best possible person-centred care
