Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial cooking (preferred).
• Proven experience with volume cooking such as hotels, healthcare and/or similar environments.
• Understanding of food safety hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver multi-course meals and menus.
• Lead day-to-day kitchen production with kitchenhands.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and food safety standards.
