Estia Health in Queensland is seeking caring individuals to join our aged care homes as a caregiver. You will support daily living, help residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed, and work with the team to assist those with challenging needs.

With a focus on dignity and privacy, you will help keep residents active, monitor health and support treatments, and be a supportive friend. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
