The role requires a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, plus time working as a caregiver and solid health documentation and computer skills. We value teamwork and respectful, person-centred care across our Queensland network.

Qualifications

• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments.
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.
