Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte, part of St Vincent’s Health Australia, is seeking a Casual Care Services Employee to support residents’ daily routines and personal care in a boutique 107-bed facility. You’ll work with a dedicated team to ensure safety, dignity and engagement for residents, following care plans and using AutumnCare for records.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent required.
• 6+ months experience in residential aged care preferred.
• Must be available to work multiple shifts through the week.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with residents' daily living activities.
• Support daily routine and household running as part of a caring team.
