Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte is seeking a Casual - Care Services Employee to partner with residents, support daily routines, and ensure residents feel safe and engaged. You will provide direct care for activities of daily living and assist with personal care needs in a boutique 107-bed facility in Sydney's beachside area.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
• 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
• Must be available to work multiple shifts through the week.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal care needs including hygiene and daily routines.
• Support residents to live safe, valued, respected and engaged lives in a home setting.
