Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Services Bronte is seeking a casual Care Services Employee to support residents with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks within a boutique, 107-bed facility in a beachside Sydney suburb. You will work as part of a dedicated team delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

The role requires a Certificate III in aged care or equivalent, 6+ months of aged care experience, and flexibility to work multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
• 6+ months experience in residential aged care.
• Must be available to work multiple shifts through the week.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
• Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and daily routines.
• Provide direct care and attend to personal hygiene.
• Maintain accurate resident records and care plan implementation.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident safety and engagement.
