Qualifications

• Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience in aged care.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
• Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by example.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Understanding of resident rights and aged care standards.
