Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
• Must have working rights – no sponsorship available.
• Good communication skills and genuine compassion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing.
• Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities.
• Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.
• Maintaining documentation and teamwork to optimise residents’ health and wellbeing.
