Job summary
Catholic Healthcare Limited is hiring casual nurses to provide direct clinical nursing care for residents at our Mullumbimby location. You will work within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care with a focus on safety and compliance.
Successful applicants will hold current AHPRA registration, a Diploma of Nursing, and a solid understanding of aged care standards. IT skills and a willingness to obtain Police Check and NDIS clearance are required.
Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aging health issues
- Good coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence
- Competent IT skills
- Willingness to apply for Police Check and NDIS clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures
- Support peers and maintain cooperative team spirit
