As an Aged Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of our elderly clients. Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote a positive and nurturing environment.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
• Document and report any changes in clients’ physical or mental conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in training and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills in aged care.
