Catholic Healthcare’s Bodington in Wentworth Falls is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to help residents with daily activities and to support personalised care plans in collaboration with our clinical team. Join a warm community that values dignity, connection and purpose.

Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) required.
- Recent experience as a PCA in Aged Care.
- Experience or ability to assist with medication is an advantage.
- Kind heart with genuine passion for supporting older people.
- Caring, friendly and respectful approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, proactive and team-oriented.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities, meals and social engagement.
- Getting to know residents and helping them feel comfortable, valued and connected.
- Working closely with our clinical team to deliver personalised care plans.
- Keeping accurate documentation and contributing to a safe and positive environment.
