Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring individuals on the Gold Coast to join our aged care teams. You will support residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and personal care, while upholding dignity and privacy in a compassionate environment.

A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred. Previous caregiving experience and solid documentation skills are valued. You will work with a supportive team to create a warm, respectful home for our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience providing daily living support to elderly residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a care setting.
• Good clinical documentation and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure they are comfortable and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs as part of a caring team.
• Keep residents physically and mentally active through engaging activities.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with routine treatments as directed by clinical staff.
• Be a friend and companion, providing social support and reassurance.
• Uphold residents’ privacy and dignity at all times.
