Job summary

Estia Health in Maroochydore invites caring individuals to join our aged care team as a frontline caregiver. You’ll support residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility, while upholding dignity and privacy.

We’re looking for people with a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, and prior caregiving experience. Strong communication and basic clinical documentation skills help you thrive in our team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Previous caregiver experience or similar preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on residents’ health – helping with treatments.
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Respect residents’ privacy and dignity in all care activities.
