Job summary

Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is seeking compassionate female Community Support Workers to support a client living in Sylvania. The role involves providing 8 hours of support per day, helping the client maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

We offer above award pay in the $38–$76 per hour range, sign-on and referral bonuses, paid orientation, training and online learning. Local shifts, permanent part-time opportunities and a supportive workplace are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Clearance.
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide up to 8 hours of support per day for a client in Sylvania.
• Help maintain client independence, dignity and quality of life.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred home care in line with plan.
