Lifely is seeking experienced Community Support Workers to provide person-centred, complex care to participants in Ballarat. You will support individuals living with disability to build independence, with tasks including personal care, domestic tasks, social engagement, transport to appointments and skill-building.

This casual role starts at $45.28 per hour. Availability is Monday 2:00pm – 6:00pm, Tuesday 2:00pm – 6:00pm and Thursday 2:00pm – 6:00pm, with potential additional hours.

Qualifications

• Qualified or experienced in Disability Services/Aged Care/Individual Support/Home and Community Care or similar field.
• Experience in supporting people with complex needs and support requirements.
• Strong ethics and genuine approach towards participant dignity and safety.

Responsabilités

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Community Support Workers with good availability and a passion for providing high-quality, person-centred complex care to our participants in Ballarat.

As a Community Support Worker, you will support individuals living with disability to build independence and participate in life. Support may be provided in the home or out in the community and can include personal care, domestic tasks, social engagement, transport to appointments and activities, and skill-building.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation. Remuneration commencing at$45.28 per hour for casual employees.

Availability Required

Monday 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Tuesday 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Thursday 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Please note that shift days and times may occasionally change depending on the participant’s needs and scheduling requirements. There is also scope for additional hours over time, depending on the participant’s needs and service requirements.
