Job summary

Community Gateway in New South Wales is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our not-for-profit in-home care team. You will provide flexible care to clients in their homes, including personal care, domestic tasks, and social support, helping people stay independent.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Commitment to wellness‑focused care.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Perform domestic tasks including cleaning and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation and community access to clients.

About the role

We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team. Our Community Support Workers provide flexible care to our clients in their homes through a range of services, including

• Providing personal care
• Domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
• Transportation & community access

About you

This role requires:

• Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent.
• Commitment to provide high quality, wellness focused care.
• The ability to work autonomously & in a team environment.

• Experience working in aged care or community support work
