Job summary

Alpha Support at Home Pty Ltd in Adelaide is looking for compassionate care workers to support clients in the community. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care and social engagement tailored to each client.

Ideal applicants hold Cert III in Aged Care/Disability, a valid driver’s licence and current clearances. We offer a supportive team, competitive hourly pay and opportunities to make a real difference.

Qualifications

• Valid Cert III in Aged Care/Disability Services.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Senior First Aid Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Police Clearance (if not present we provide at no cost).

• Assist with personal care (showering and dressing).
• Household cleaning and laundry.

$46 - $83 per hour, depending on shift type

Care workers, or support workers support our clients with social and physical activities. Every client is different and could include those with physical disabilities, dementia and other mental health conditions.

ABOUT YOU

As a care worker, what's most important is:

• Good English, numeracy and writing skills
• An ability to understand and follow procedures
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and listening skills.

To be considered for this important and rewarding work, you will also have:

• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
