Job summary

Aruma in Taree is seeking casual and part-time support workers to help people with disabilities engage in clubs, home and community activities. You will tailor experiences, support hobbies, and encourage social connections.

Flexible shifts across seven days, from 6am to 8pm, with a focus on compassionate personal care and creating an inclusive, respectful environment. Applicants should be prepared to obtain required checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people with disabilities is a plus.
• Flexible availability across seven days between 6am and 8pm.
• Willing to provide compassionate personal care.
• Must have right to work in Australia and complete probity checks.
• First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required or willing to obtain.
