Qualifications

• Has genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
• Flexible and available for a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers, or active nights.
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Communicates effectively and works well within a team.
• Commitment to respect, accountability, and person-centred practice.
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) relevant clearances and certifications, including NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR.
