Job summary

CatholicCare Diocese Of Broken Bay is seeking dedicated support workers in Gosford to help clients live independently at home and participate in community activities. The role offers Monday to Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends, and travel between clients using a privately insured vehicle.

Ideal candidates will have unrestricted NSW driver’s licence, a comprehensively insured vehicle, and hold or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Check and Senior First Aid.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff.
• Willingness to work as part of a supportive team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to live independently in their own homes.
• Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
• Help clients engage in the community and try new activities.
• Travel between clients using your own vehicle (kms reimbursed).
