Responsibilities

• Investigate enquiries, complaints and promote compliance enforcing relevant legislation.
• Provide customer service responses to enquiries, complaints and general correspondence.
• Animal handling, collection of animals and investigation of dog attacks.
• Supervise school crossings to ensure child and public safety.
