The MARA Project is Queensland's statewide Women's Reintegration Service, funded by Queensland Corrective Services. We work alongside women transitioning from custody back into the community, providing individualised, trauma-informed and culturally safe support.
We believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to build a positive future. Our approach is grounded in respect, accountability, hope and the understanding that sustainable change happens through connection, trust and meaningful support.

The MARA Project is built on the belief that meaningful change is possible when women feel heard, respected and supported.
We value compassion, accountability, cultural respect, collaboration and the ability to reflect on our own practice.
You will be joining a statewide team of passionate professionals who are committed to supporting women and working together to achieve meaningful outcomes.
If you are passionate about supporting women, believe in the power of positive change and want to be part of a team making a genuine difference, we would love to hear from you.
