Job summary
Carehero is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Sydney team, delivering high-quality clinical care to clients with complex needs in their own homes. You will work with support staff, families, and the care team to ensure safe, person-centred care across a 24/7 roster.
Opportunities include ventilator and tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and complex respiratory support with ongoing training and mentorship from our nursing and allied health teams to help you grow in your role.
Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with individuals with complex care needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check current.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care and oversight for clients with complex health needs in home/community settings.
- Collaborate with support workers, allied health professionals, families and care team to ensure safe, person-centred care.
- Utilise advanced clinical supports and respond to complex clinical situations.
