Job summary

Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, delivering hospital-level care in patients' homes across Sydney. You will work one on one with patients, providing advanced clinical support in a home setting.

We value leadership, innovation, and a commitment to compassionate care. AHPRA registration, CPR, and NSW driving license are required, with 24/7 rosters and travel within the Sydney metro.

Qualifications

• Must have current AHPRA registration for ENs/RNs.
• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Current CPR Certificate; Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle; travel within Sydney metro.
• Right to work in Australia; willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Experience with tracheostomy management and complex medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-level clinical care to patients in their homes.
• Work one-on-one with patients/families to deliver high-quality care.
• Travel across the Sydney metro region as part of the role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA Registration (for ENs and RNs)
• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (for Carers)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (travel around the Sydney metro region is part of the role)
• Right to work in Australia
• Availability to work a 24/7 flexible rotating roster
• Experience with tracheostomy management, PEG/Enteral feeding, bowel care, complex medication administration and manual handling.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in tracheostomy management and working with ventilated patients.
