Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions, part of the Sports & Spinal Group, is seeking a Community Physiotherapist to join our Sunshine Coast multidisciplinary team. The role offers in-home and community-based care, Monday–Friday autonomy, and strong opportunities for clinical growth.

We welcome AHPRA-registered physiotherapists with 1–2 years of experience, preferably with community/NDIS exposure. A company vehicle, CPD support, and mentoring are provided to support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with full Australian working rights.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience; new graduates welcome.
• Experience in community, in-home, or NDIS settings desirable.
• Current driver’s licence (vehicle provided) and ability to obtain Blue Card.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required or eligible.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-term connections with patients and deliver holistic, person-centred care.
• Deliver in-home and community-based appointments (NDIS & Home Care).
• Manage own schedule with autonomy across a Monday–Friday roster.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary allied health team.
• Improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall wellbeing in the community.
• Grow clinically within a supportive, structured organisation.
