Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our community care team. You will deliver holistic, client-centred care across home-based settings and NDIs/other services, building strong relationships with patients and families.

You’ll work flexible hours (full-time or part-time, Mon–Fri), with a company vehicle and laptop provided. AEP accreditation, mandatory checks, and a drive to grow your clinical interests are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology.
• Current Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia.
• Professional indemnity insurance.
• Minimum two years' community or NDIS experience preferred.
• Driver's license, Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with patients and deliver holistic, person-centred care.
• Manage a diverse community caseload, including NDIS, DVA, private health and Workcover.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Support career growth and contribute to higher standards of community care.
