Job summary

Smart Solutions Rehab Group in Maroochydore, QLD is seeking a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to deliver community-based care, including home visits, pool hydro sessions, and clinic work. Join a team with over 20 years of Sunshine Coast experience and a commitment to client-centred care.

You’ll participate in supervision, CPD, and career development, with a supportive home base and access to professional development, a company car, laptop, iPad, and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• A passion for client-centred care and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Delivering community-based Exercise Physiology to adults (16+), within homes, pools, outdoor settings or our clinic.
• Working across varied funding streams (NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, private) to deepen your clinical skills.
• Supporting clients with tailored exercise programs for chronic disease management, strength and conditioning, functional rehabilitation, falls prevention and hydrotherapy.
• Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants.
