Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a physiotherapist to join a clinician-led team on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll have real flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options with customised supervision, enabling you to structure your diary around energy and priorities.

Based in Sunshine Coast, you’ll support a diverse NDIS caseload, work across homes, clinics and community settings, and benefit from a PD budget, paid travel, and 8 weeks parental leave as part of a supportive development path.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration and current registration status.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle ownership.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 1 year post-grad physiotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across homes, clinics and community settings.
• Work with intake and clinical leadership to manage complex cases and timelines.
• Build long-term relationships with participants and carers to monitor progress.
• Engage in 1:1 and group supervision to support ongoing development.
